Precis Dress!

I enjoy browsing through Precis clothing.  I find it to be very feminine -  professional, and yet feminine sexy at the same time!


Saw this dress while window shopping yesterday, and fell in love with it. 

The photo doesnt do it any justice.... I just cant find an excuse to buy it - I mean that I dont know where I could wear it....
